These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kraft Inlay’s Website and the purchase of our handcrafted Thikri Art products. By accessing this website and/or purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Handcrafted Nature & Product Variations

  • Unique Craftsmanship: All our products are 100% handcrafted by traditional artisans using authentic Thikri (glass inlay) techniques.
  • Natural Variations: Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in glass shape, alignment, dimensions, color shades, or backing materials are natural characteristics of the art form and are not considered defects.
  • Display Accuracy: We attempt to display our product images as accurately as possible. However, due to the reflective nature of glass inlay and variations in digital screens, the actual product look may slightly differ from your monitor screen.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

  • Approvals: For customized Thikri panels, mirrors, or furniture, designs and dimensions must be finalized and approved via email/written communication before production begins.
  • Cancellations: Once a custom order goes into production, cancellations or modifications are not permitted, and the advance deposit will be non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
  • For bulk or custom manufacturing orders, a standard advance deposit is required to initiate production, with the remaining balance due strictly prior to dispatch.

4. Shipping, Handling, and Transit Damage

  • Fragile Packaging: Given the highly fragile nature of Thikri art, Kraft Inlay uses specialized, multi-layered crate packaging to ensure maximum safety.
  • Delivery Inspections: Customers are required to inspect the crate/parcel immediately upon delivery.
  • Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and clear photographs. Failure to provide proof within this timeframe will void any transit damage liability or replacement claims.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Standard Items: Returns for standard items are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Custom/Bespoke Items: Custom-made Thikri products, large architectural panels, and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a irreparably damaged state.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated, Kraft Inlay owns the intellectual property rights for all designs, product photography, and content displayed on this website. You may view or print pages for your personal use, but reproduction or distribution of our unique Thikri design patterns for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kraft Inlay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, improper installation, or structural mishandling of our glass inlay products once they are safely delivered and installed.

8. User Accounts and Site Usage Responsibilities

  • Account Security: If you create an account on the Kraft Inlay website to track your orders or manage your design inquiries, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Prohibited Behavior: Users are strictly prohibited from using our website to transmit malicious software, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access to our administrative servers. Any unauthorized use of this website terminates the permission or license granted by Kraft Inlay.

9. Custom Architectural Commissions and Project Deadlines

  • Timeline Estimates: Because Thikri glass inlay is highly labor-intensive, any production timelines or completion dates provided by Kraft Inlay are estimated targets. While we strive to meet every milestone, handcrafted luxury art can occasionally experience slight delays due to curing times or intricate material sourcing.
  • Force Majeure: Kraft Inlay shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, or logistics strikes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, along with your relationship with Kraft Inlay,shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard consumer protection laws and regional trade frameworks. For global sales guidelines, we defer to the regulatory e-commerce standards outlined by the International Trade Administration.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to the purchase of our Thikri artwork must first be attempted to be resolved through amicable, written negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, it shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts holding jurisdiction over our registered business location.

11. Amendments and Changes to Terms

  • Policy Updates: Kraft Inlay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to check our website periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to our website and manufacturing services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
