Since our products are exquisite, handcrafted, and delicate Thikri Art pieces, we have formulated a comprehensive policy that ensures fairness to both our traditional artisans and our valued customers. We request you to read all the terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility Period Under Our Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and exchange policy lasts exactly 7 days from the date your package is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Your item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be kept securely in its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our workshop.
  • A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is mandatory to process your request.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Art Exemptions

Several types of premium goods are completely exempt from being returned or exchanged due to their customized or delicate nature:

  • Customized or Bespoke Orders: Any Thikri Art panels, custom mirrors, specific dimensions, or personalized color schemes made specifically on your request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Minor Handcrafted Variations: Since all items are 100% handmade by traditional artisans, slight variations in glass placement, minor finish differences, or natural color tones are authentic characteristics of the art and will not be considered manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged After Delivery: We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to improper handling, accidental drops, or poor installation attempts at the customer’s end.

3. Damaged in Transit (Broken Glass/Mirror Policy)

We take utmost care in multi-layer packaging our fragile glass products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your product unfortunately arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we offer a hassle-free replacement process:

You must notify our team within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery at info@kraftinlay.com.

  • Mandatory Requirement: Please provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged product along with the outer shipping box packaging.

Once our transit team verifies the damage, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address and ship a brand-new replacement piece to you at no extra cost.

4. Our Detailed Refund and Returns Policy Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected by our workshop team, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 10-15 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Sale and Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during clearance sales, festive discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.

5. Shipping & Reverse Logistics Terms

To return your product under our Refund and Returns Policy, you should mail your product directly to our central art workshop:

  • Shipping Costs: For standard returns (not involving transit damage or wrong product delivery), you will be held responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
  • Safe Return Transit: Since Thikri Art is highly fragile and expensive, we strongly recommend using a reputable, trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item safely if it is poorly packed.

Q1. Can I cancel my Thikri Art order after it has been placed? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. However, once a customized or bespoke order enters the manufacturing or crafting phase at our workshop, cancellations and exceptions under our Refund and Returns Policy cannot be processed.
